Felim O’Reilly
Felim qualified as a solicitor in Easter 1974 and is the founder of F.H.O’Reilly & Co., which he set up as a sole practitioner in Phibsborough in 1976. He manages the Litigation department in the practice and specialises in all areas of litigation including industrial, employment, contractual, employer’s liability, medical negligence and defamation. The firm has had a large number of successes under Felim’s guidance in litigation over the years, One of Felim’s clients was successful in securing the highest ever award in an unfair dismissal action in this country, and the firm has forced policy u-turns by the State in several areas. Felim has built up a significant relationship with some of the country’s top barristers over his years of practice and has accumulated a large panel of expert witnesses.
